Directions:
- Take off the transparency film and apply where needed.
- Keep in the refrigerator for a greater cooling effect. (Don’t put it in the freezer)
- Please take replacement when you don’t feel it cool any more.

If sunburned, use after redness or flushed skin disappears.
Avoid storing in locations with high temperatures or exposed to direct sunlight.
Putting on shoes or socks while the sheet is still applied might cause the medicinal solution to attach there.
